Current and Upcoming Works:

• Reduced level excavation and demolition is nearing completion which will set us up nicely in preparation for the main substructure works beginning in May.

• The superstructure will start to take shape with a steel frame erection commencing in the summer period.

Please note, the existing swimming pool and gym will remain open to users.
